By registering on the ShopFor app or ShopFor website (http://ShopFor.app) (together the ShopFor Platform) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms of Service). The Terms of Service together with the ShopFor Privacy & Cookie Policy govern ShopFor’s relationship with you.
Please read the Terms of Service carefully before registering. By using the ShopFor Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE ShopFor PLATFORM.
The ShopFor Platform provides a platform for you to help shop for friends or for friends to shop for you using the ShopFor Platform. You should only add people that you trust as helpers. You use the ShopFor Platform entirely at your own risk. ShopFor takes no responsibility or liability in respect of any helpers which you add to the service or any help which you provide someone through the ShopFor Platform. Any payments that you need to make or receive for any shopping carried out in connection with the ShopFor Platform is between yourself and the helpers/people you are helping and ShopFor will have no involvement in any disputes in connection with the ShopFor Platform.
ShopFor is not liable if for any reason the ShopFor Platform is unavailable at any given time or for any given period. We reserve the right to restrict access to some parts or all of the ShopFor Platform.
How to use the ShopFor Platform
The ShopFor Platform allows a maximum of 5 helpers to be added to the ShopFor Platform to assist with shopping tasks. A maximum of 15 items can be listed in the shopping list. If you are creating a shopping list for a helper you should include as many details regarding your shopping requirements. Please note that if you remove an item but your helper has already purchased the item you will be responsible for paying the helper for all items they have purchased on your behalf. ShopFor does not provide any form of payment service therefore it is the responsibility for anyone using the app to make any payments due to their helpers and for the helpers to ensure they are charging the correct amount from anyone they are helping. ShopFor will have no involvement in any disputes in relation to the ShopFor Platform.
Changes to these Terms of Service
These Terms of Service may be updated by ShopFor from time to time without notice. We may make changes to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and to implement any improvements to the ShopFor Platform offered in connection with it, for example to address a security threat. If we make significant changes to these Terms of Service we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you however it is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service periodically for changes.

The ShopFor Platform is owned and operated by S4RG Limited (trading as ShopFor) a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12655860 and whose registered office is situated at 16 Kirkwick Avenue, Harpenden, Hertfordshire, England, AL5 2QN (ShopFor/we/us/our). The term “you” refers to the user wishing to access and/or use the ShopFor Platform.
If ShopFor have to contact you it will be via the ShopFor app or using any contact details you have provided to us (e.g. email). When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. use your personal information as set out in our ShopFor Privacy & Cookie Policy. By using the ShopFor Website, you acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission is encrypted.
Links and Transactions to Other Sites
You acknowledge and agree that ShopFor is not responsible for the availability of external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from other such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that ShopFor shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Terms of Use of ShopFor Platform
Limitations of Liability
ShopFor are not liable for any injuries, actions or omissions in connection with the ShopFor Platform. Except where prohibited by law, in no event will ShopFor be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including, but not limited to any losses you incur, even if ShopFor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Intellectual Property
You agree that all of ShopFor’s trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, products, service names, software, and software content are trademarks and the property of ShopFor and are protected by local and international copyright laws.
You agree you shall not without ShopFor’s express written consent, display, publish, manipulate, distribute, reproduce, or use in any manner ShopFor’s trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, products, or service names.
You agree you shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, or decompile any software on or in connection with the ShopFor Platform or supplied by ShopFor.

Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of ShopFor Platform are at your sole risk and that they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ShopFor and its officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
ShopFor and its officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors make no warranty that the ShopFor Platform will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, the quality of any services, information or other material available on the ShopFor Platform will meet your expectations, or errors in ShopFor Platform will be corrected.
Violation of these Terms of Service
ShopFor reserves the right at all time to disclose any information that it deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
You acknowledge and agree that ShopFor may disclose such data if required to do so by law or if ShopFor determines that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce these Terms of Service, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ShopFor, its employers, users of or visitors to ShopFor Platform and the public.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ShopFor and its officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees), made against ShopFor by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with using ShopFor Platform, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that all matters and disputes relating to your access and use of the ShopFor Platform will be governed in accordance with the laws of England. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with usage of the ShopFor Platform or these Terms of Service, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
If any of the provisions of these Terms of Service are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that embodies the intent of these Terms of Service so that these terms shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination
You agree that ShopFor may, without prior notice, immediately terminate, limit your access to or suspend your access to ShopFor and/or your ShopFor account. Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but is not limited to: breaches or violation of the Terms of Service, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, unexpected technical or security issues or problems, extended period of inactivity, or engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities.
You may terminate your ShopFor account by deleting your account in the ShopFor app.
No Waiver
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms of Service, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking these Terms of Service, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date.
Transfer of these Terms of Service
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to another organisation. We will use all reasonable endeavours to let you know if we plan to do this. You may not transfer these Terms of Service or your ShopFor account to anyone.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Service, there shall be no third-party beneficiaries to this agreement. You agree that your ShopFor account is non-transferrable. Any rights to your ShopFor account or contents within your account terminate upon your death.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and any terms specified on the ShopFor Platform or communicated to you by ShopFor constitute the entire agreement between you and ShopFor with regard to your use of the ShopFor Platform.
Feedback and Information
Any feedback you provide to ShopFor shall be deemed to be non-confidential. ShopFor shall be free to use such information on an unlimited and unrestricted basis.
